Conveyancing is the legal term for transferring ownership of property, whether you are buying or selling.
A solicitor or conveyancer will provide a number of services, for example carry out local council searches, deal with the Land Registry and handle contracts.
We do not offer a referral service to a number of companies, unlike the majority of brokers and estate agents who only recommend companies that pay them a commission for the referral. After years of research we have come to a decision that we will only recommend one company as we believe them to be consistently efficient and honest. Details can be made available on request.
